We are active on Social Media, including but not limited to Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on our Websites and Social Media pages. Your use of Social Media is governed by the Privacy Policies and terms of the providers that own and operate those Websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms.

  • We collect personal information for payment accounts (such as Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal) for our services through e-mail

  • We collect information when you engage and participate through our Forum through either your e-mail or other accounts (Google or Facebook)

  • Not all of the information we collect may be personally identifiable. We may collect information, track, and record user sessions to improve the site experience for our users. We use Google Analytics tracking software and it may change as technology improves.


Children under 13 may have access or use our resources page with the consent of their Parent/Guardian. Please see the details of our Children's Policy below. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If a Parent or Guardian learns that their child provided us with personal information without his or her consent, please contact us and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such personal information.

    • If you are on the Ms. Anna's Math World Tiktok page, the privacy policy of Tiktok applies on that page

Children's Policy

This Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional information about how we collect, use and share personal information from children under the age of 13 (a “Child” or “Children”).

We collect almost all personal data about Children directly from Parents /Guardians, but do allow Children to use our Website with the permission of their Parent/Guardian

  • Once we have verified parental consent of Parents / Guardians, we may collect information directly from Children in our platform included but not limited to engaging with Children directly through our Forums, allowing Children to sign up and provide their contact information (via e-mail) for updates on educational opportunities or classes

Teachers can see information such as:​

  • Account and profile information provided by Parents / Guardians or Children

  • Child communications to the teacher (Parents / Guardians will receive a copy)

  • Video image and voice audio and potentially background images of their home and family members (recorded and shared, too)

  • Children’s communications, posts, uploads, content, responses, opinions, etc.

Teachers may ask Children and their Parents to use third-party sites and services. Parents should review the privacy notices for those third party sites and services to understand their privacy practices. These third parties are not our service providers, and we are not responsible for and may not have reviewed those third-party sites and services.
